We are looking for a Loan Operations Mortgage Servicing Intern to join our Souderton based team in the summer of 2025. Please note, this will be full time and onsite in Souderton, PA.

Retrieving legal descriptions from loan files and sending them to our tax service

Monitoring & Responding to tax bills received by email

Updating tax and insurance amounts in loan escrow records

Indexing image files for boarded loans

Updating user guides in Word

Scanning documents into emails

Filing & sending recast documents to Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac

Labeling & sorting loan files

Creating & sending Federal Express shipments

Verifying borrowers addresses and contact information

Processing incoming mail

Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including Univest Code of Conduct

Perform other duties as assigned

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (freshmen, sophomores, or juniors preferred).

Banking general knowledge

Microsoft Office familiarity, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word

Hours - Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
