Job Title: Lobby Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, and stairwells.
• Maintain cleanliness in elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills.
