Job Title: Lobby Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel floors.
- Ensure hotel lobbies are consistently serviced throughout the week.
- Care for public areas, ensuring they are tidy and welcoming.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Report maintenance issues and assist in minor repairs as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
