Overview:We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Hotel Lobby Greeter to be the first point of contact for our guests.
The Hotel Lobby Greeter’s responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, assisting with their needs, providing information about our hotel and local area, and ensuring guests’ satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an outgoing personality.
They should create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
Responsibilities:- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival
- Assist guests with their luggage if necessary
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guests’ questions about the local area and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with the front desk to smoothly guide guests through the check-in process
- Ensure the lobby area is tidy and presentable
- Assist guests with any special requests they might have
- Help resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Previous work experience as a Hotel Lobby Greeter, Host/Hostess or similar role
- Hands-on experience with hotel management software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
