1:1 LPN for 3rd Grade StudentFramingham Public SchoolKey Responsibilities:- Tracheostomy Care: Monitor and manage the student's tracheostomy, including suctioning, tube changes, and ensuring proper hygiene.- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications as directed by the student's physician or nurse practitioner.- Health Monitoring: Assess the student's overall health status, including vital signs, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.- Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid as needed.- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the student's parents, teachers, and medical team.- Transportation: Accompany the student on the school bus to and from school.
