Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district to hire a school nurse to work in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a school professional with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as a School-based LPN.

1:1 School Nurse Contract Details:
- $28.50 - $30.50 per hour
- Schedule follows the school district calendar
- This is a one-to-one nurse position to provide medical care to a student throughout the school day based on the student's medical diagnosis and care plan
- The nurse will be expected to follow medical care plans and medical orders IEP/504 plans, and provide effective and pertinent information to the special education team and student caregivers
- Nurse will be expected to complete daily documentation
- Contract is for the current school year
- LPN will be matched to student based on the nurse's medical acuity experience

Requirements:
- Pennsylvania LPN / LVN License
- American Heart Association BLS
- Prior school setting or pediatrics experience
