Supplemental Health Care is seeking Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners in Green Bay, Wisconsin for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Correctional facility. • $80-$85 an hour*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• Hours: Days, M-F, no weekends, FT
• Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber
• In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive care to well and ill incarcerated adult and adolescent populations. You’ll conduct assessments, establish medical diagnoses, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans. This position allows you to utilize your clinical expertise in a correctional setting while promoting wellness and health education.
• Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• 1 year of recent relevant experience
• American Heart Association BLS
