Shift: NightSchedule: 3x12 or 4x12 L&D/OB (LDRP) RN Requirements:MUST HAVES:Absolute Minimum of 2-years Labor and Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) experience (they would prefer them to have 4-5 years ideally)CERTS: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring - which can be from AWHONN or Relias Academy (STABLE also preferred but not required)Travel experience is preferred NOT requiredCharting: Fetal Link and CernerMust be proficient caring for the mother and babyNo high-risk mothers typically admitted as there is no high-risk sectionMust be comfortable with typically L&D IV gtts especially Pitocin and MagnesiumUse OmnicellUnit is a full Labor and Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) floor all in one. Will have to care for the patient through the continuum of care until discharge.Must be comfortable working in the LDRP floor setting
