Job Description:
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist for a rewarding 13-week contract position in Moscow, ID. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and respect
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient or orthopedic therapy
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
