Job QualificationsCurrent, unrestricted LSW license in VA proffered but will take an unlicensed social workerTwo years of experience working in a clinical setting and serving geriatric patientsPrevious experience in a long-term care setting preferredProven ability to create psychosocial assessments, including developing and implementing viable care plansPrevious experience writing assessments/reports to monitor client progressExceptional ability to empathize with residentsUp-to-date complianceTuberculosis (TB) test (two-step is preferred)Physical exam within the last 12 months
