We are seeking a dynamic and organized Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, which includes managing two delivery drivers, two gas station attendants, and a part-time administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, optimize efficiency, maintain customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment. This role requires a balance of leadership, operational oversight, and customer service, making it a key position in driving the success of the location.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in logistics, retail, or fuel-related industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing schedules, staff, and inventory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with customers.
- Basic understanding of financials, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to fuel and hazardous material handling.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general comfort with learning new software.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the fuel, propane, or logistics industry is a bonus.
- Experience managing fuel deliveries and/or gas station operations.
- CDL license or experience with fuel delivery operations is a advantageous.
Work Environment:
- Office and outdoor work settings at the gas station and fuel delivery areas.
- Involves some physical activity such as inspecting equipment, vehicles, and interacting with staff on-site.
- Flexible schedule may be required during busy periods or in case of emergencies.
