• No. of ORs: 11 on main; 4 on south & Medical Imaging
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
      - CRNA will be supervised by Pediatric Anesthesiologist.
      - Accepting new grads.

• Active OH License
• BC (AANA)
• BLS/PALS
