      - Ongoing; sporadic
• Patient Demographics: Adult, Pediatric
• Annual ER Volume: 5000
• Surgical Cases per day:
      - Cataracts: 11-15
      - Other Procedures: 3-4
• Support Staff: Surgical Tech, RNs
• Case Mix:
      - General surgery, Vent Management
      - Minor nerve blocks, IV regional, spinal
      - Local infiltration, Spinal only (total knees)
      - Cataracts and Colonoscopies, EGDs along w/ procedures
      - Carpal tunnel
• No. of ORs: 2
• Trauma Level: IV
• EMR: Cerner/Community Works
• Other Info: Must work independently but provider/surgeon will be present
