FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Dentistry (DENT)

• Facility and Location: Dental office near Ft. Wayne, IN
• Start Date: June 2024 (2 weeks to credential)
• Duration: 3 months with an option to extend
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-7 PM, and Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• Patients: Adults; 15-20 per shift
• Procedures: Restorative and general dentistry procedures
• Support Staff: EFDAs, dental assistants, and hygienists
