Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice in Philadelphia, PA - All Medical Personnel

Specialties Accepted: Family Nurse Practitioner | Adult Nurse Practitioner l Geriatric Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant 

Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP - Ongoing

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm

Job Details

• Home Health
  
• In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans
  H&P evaluations
  Will review medications/dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in).
  
• 5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx.
  45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm).
  
• Ages seen: Geriatrics
  
• EMR: Proprietary System
  All documentation is done on the iPad.
  
• Requirements: MUST HAVE CAQH, NPI #, NP license in state they are working, Unrestricted State license
