About The Position
A large hospital is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
In Putnam, Connecticut, experience the quaint charm of downtown with its antique shops, galleries, and enjoy outdoor events at Rotary Park for a delightful blend of cultural and recreational activities.
The position offers a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with potential plans to open the clinic on Fridays, which could shift to five 8-hour shifts. Familiarity with the Flatiron electronic medical record system is required. Applicants must be board-certified nurse practitioners (NPs) or physician assistants (PAs) with oncology experience. The role is full-time, and while an active Connecticut license is preferred, the employer is willing to assist with licensing if needed.
