- Monday-Friday: 4 PM-8 AM (16 hours)
- Saturday-Sunday: 2 PM-8 AM (18 hours)

**Experience:** Experienced NNPs comfortable being in-house alone preferred.
**License:** Must have valid Arizona License
**Certifications:**
- Board Certified
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- DEA required
**Must-Have:** Clean background and malpractice record
**Job Description:**
- Conduct a call interview or Zoom meeting with the Site Medical Director/Clinical Leadership.
- Engage in cross-credentialing as required.
- NNPs are in-house 24/7; Neonatologists available in-house from 8 AM-5 PM.
- Cover NICU and attend high-risk deliveries.
- Occasionally assist with the newborn nursery if the baby has already been seen.
- Neonatologists see nursery babies within the first 24 hours; NNPs follow through to discharge.
- High level of independence required in managing the unit.
