A 350-bed non profit teaching hospital with a 32-bed level III NICU is seeking a neonatal perinatal nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The role involves working alongside a team of five MDs in a 1:1 model, with an average patient load of 13 to 15 patients per day. Providers will perform all typical Level III procedures and have the flexibility to choose from 8, 16, or 24-hour shifts. Credentialing for this position takes approximately 90 days. This setup offers a collaborative environment while ensuring a manageable workload and diverse procedural opportunities.
