**Certifications:** Will be discussed during credentialing; provider will be responsible for obtaining necessary certifications such as BLS, ACLS, etc.
**Must-Have:** Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
**Job Description:**
- Provide pediatric care in a fast-paced, outpatient ambulatory community health center setting.
- Attend to a varied patient population ranging from newborns to pediatric patients.
- Serve vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees, with interpretative services available onsite.
- Comfortably manage a patient load of 18+ patients per day, adhering to productivity expectations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatricians, and healthcare administrators.
- Participate in a 1-week onsite orientation, with patient care expected to start by day 3.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records; prior experience is essential.
- Travel logistics, including flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging, are covered by the client.
- Ensure all documentation is completed within charting guidelines, with a focus on direct patient care time.
