? Daily Responsibilities: Surgical Cases – 1st assist on Uro/Gyn Cases
Only will be in the OR and pre/post op patients, Clinic Coverage
? Shifts/Schedule Expectations: 8 Hour Days – Monday through Friday
? Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call
? PPD/Census: Estimated 4-6 cases per day
? EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
? Certifications required/accepted: Certified Physician Assistant
? Credentialing Time frame – Are temps available: Estimated 90 Days upon application submitted
? Will a licensing candidate be considered : No
? Job Type: Hourly Inclusive
? Hourly Rate: $200.00/Hour
? Overtime Rate (over 8 hours daily): $300/Hour
? Admin Fee : $25.00/Day
? Is Telemed? (Yes or No): No (Provider may have some Telemedicine patients – calls or video’s, but not many)
