Details are listed below.Schedule: 3 clinic days M-F 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call infrequentSetting: Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient ClinicReason for coverage: LOACall schedule: Reason for coverage: LOACall schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10Adults/Geriatric80 Hem 20 Onc *no internal Med10 physicians in practice 8 APPs10 PPD for hospital 15 for outpatientLevel I Trauma EMR: EpicEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 130 days from offer accepted.**Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.**
