      - Complex Vascular cases (except open heart)
      - Complex Orthopedic cases
      - Pain & Vent Mgt
      - Post-op Epidural & Extremity Blocks
      - Epidural Steroid & Transforaminal: Lumbar & Cervical
      - Use of X-ray guidance in performance of blocks
      - Evaluation & Mgt of Acute Volume/BP issues
      - Central & Arterial Line placement
      - PA Catheter placement
