- Experience with complex orthopedic and vascular cases
- Ability to manage trauma and neurosurgical cases
**Job Description:**
- Cover night shifts exclusively, preferably seven nights in a row, or Monday-Friday.
- Conduct patient encounters per shift, with numbers varying based on department needs.
- Work in a facility with trauma level 3, handling both adult and pediatric patients.
- Perform complete orthopedic, complex vascular, head, spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, and regional surgeries.
- Use pain management techniques, including post-op epidural and extremity blocks.
- Utilize x-ray guidance and perform central and arterial line placements.
- Supervise CRNAs when necessary.
- Manage acute volume/blood pressure issues, ventilation, and perform PA catheter placements.
- This role requires flexibility to adapt to varying patient loads, ensuring quality care throughout the night shift.
