**Job Description:**
- Join a professional, confident, and friendly team of physicians.
- Participate in a care team model providing medical direction over CRNAs with opportunities to personally perform anesthesia.
- Work in a state-of-the-art Level 2 trauma center with 20 operating rooms and specialized suites for heart, vascular, endoscopy, and c-section procedures.
- Handle a range of general and complex cases, including orthopedic, gynecology, ENT, vascular, neurosurgery, cardiology, and cardiothoracic cases.
- Provide anesthesia support for radiology and a full obstetrical practice with epidural opportunities.
- Contribute to improving OR efficiency and patient care quality, including supporting the roll-out of a Surgical Optimization Service.
- Utilize peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional techniques, with the expectation of proficiency or training in basic techniques (e.g., popliteal, saphenous, adductor canal, erector spinae, TAP, brachial plexus blocks).
