Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/ClinicReason for Coverage: Cover FMLA Dates of Coverage: 12/1/24-2/1/25 tentative Call Ratio: 1:5 shared w/4 Nurse PractitionersAverage Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 14Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: VariesNumber of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's CoverageStaff Members: 4 Nurse PractitionersPatient Age Demographic: Adult/GeriatricDocumentation System/EMR: EPIC Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate ~Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
Schedule 24Hour, M-F, 8 hour days (generally, 8:30-5)
