• Weekdays, Days, No call
• The candidate needs to be comfortable working with a diverse patient population
• 15 - 22 patients per day, will take IM or FM adult only
• Strongly prefers a FP doc but can consider FM adult or IM provider
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
