Need Primary Care Clinician and must be able to see

all ages.

No Call

Shift: Mon
- Fri., 8:30a - 5:30p

PPS: 20

Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office staff

No teaching or supervision required.

EMR: EPIC
