      -Esophageal dilatation/manometry
      -Esophageal manometry interpretation
      -Small Bowel biopsy
      -Lower GI endoscopy
      -Sigmoidoscopy - Flexible, Rigid
      -Colonoscopy - Biopsy, with excision of polyp
      -Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
