**Shift:** Varied shifts; Monday/Tuesday in OR 7:30 a.m
- 3:30 p.m., Wednesday/Thursday clinic 8 a.m
- 4:30 p.m.; Possible Friday clinic/OR based on patient volume

**License:** Active Illinois license, DEA, and CSR

**Certifications:** Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery with fellowship in Breast

**Must-Have:**
- Clean and easy-to-credential candidates preferred
- Two professional references

**Job Description:**

- Provide specialized breast surgery services in a clinical and operating room setting.
- Participate in potential weeknight call from 4:30 p.m
to 8 a.m., and possible 24-hour weekend call from Friday 4:30 a.m
to Monday 8 a.m.
- Collaborate with medical directors and professional colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation according to hospital guidelines.

Candidates should be prepared for credentialing and payer enrollment processes
Travel arrangements are considered based on proximity
