A facility is seeking a General Surgeon for locum tenens coverage.
In Price, Utah, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy exploring the stunning landscapes of nearby national parks such as Arches and Canyonlands, or embark on scenic drives along the Price River Canyon.
The position involves bread-and-butter general surgery, requiring the ability to perform endoscopies, colonoscopies, diagnostic scopes, and foreign body removals. There are no physician assistants or nurse practitioners on staff. An active UT license, CSR, and DEA are required. The facility has 39 beds and uses MEDHOST as its EMR system. It is not a trauma center, and temporary privileges can be granted in 3 days.
