Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology - $400 to $450 per hour in Grand Rapids, MI at Curative

A healthcare facility in Michigan is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to provide coverage beginning in the fall of 2024. 

Practice Setting:

• Level II Trauma Center
• Outpatient setting treating adults and geriatric patients 
• Large amount of APPs providing coverage
  • Average outpatient PPD: 10-15
  • Average hospital PPD: 15

Schedule Details:

• Clinic hours are 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Call is 1:5 and shared among 6 providers 

Cases and Procedures:

• 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology with participation on a Tumor board
• Duties include ordering tests, images, and prescribing procedures
  • Procedures consist of ordering Chemotherapy, FNA/Biopsy, and management of VAD/CV catheters
