• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS required
• 16 - 20 patients per day, geriatric patients
• Well visits, preventative medicine, cold/flu, chronic disease maintenance, immunization, lab & test
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
