LOCUM POSITION DETAILS

· Reason for opening: New Program

· NICU Level: IV

· Setting: Hospital

· EMR: EPIC

· Total Deliveries (monthly): 240; Hospitalists: 38; PPD: 10

· Non-delivery Estimated Patient Encounters: 723

· Provides GYN Coverage: Yes

· Backup Midwives: Yes.

· Backup Family Practice: Yes

· Backup Available to the Hospitalist: Yes

 

 REQUIRED: 

·  WA state license; active, unrestricted

·  Board Certified Obstetrics & Gynecology; Board Eligible (2-5 years post training).

·  DEA

·  Delivery volume over the last 2 years.

·  Updated CV (with MM/YY; all gaps over 30-days explained)

·  4+ shifts per month of availability (weekdays + weekends).

 

COMPENSATION:

·      Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·      Malpractice insurance provided.

 

SCHEDULE:

·      24-hour. 14 shifts per block.
