Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Pediatrics in New Jersey at Cynet Locums

**Job Title:** Locum Pediatrician

**Shift:** 3 days a week, 9 am-5 pm, flexible on days, ideally Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

**Experience:** Pediatric experience preferred

**License:** New Jersey State License required

**Certifications:**
- Board Certified (required)
- BLS, ACLS (preferred)

**Must-Have:**
- Payer enrollment completed for NJ (Horizon and Aetna at a minimum)
- Local provider (only mileage reimbursed)

**Job Description:**
- Practice setting: Office
- Reason for coverage: Physician out on leave
- Flexible call schedule: 8 call nights a month
- Average number of well-check visits per day: About 12
- Number of physicians in practice: 2 and 1 mid-level
- No responsibility for supervising other healthcare providers
- Each provider has 2 exam rooms
- Support staff includes 1 MA assigned daily, 2 front desk personnel, and 1 office manager
- Average number of patients per day: 15-18
- No deliveries needed
- Documentation system/EMR: Athena
- Required pediatric procedures: Outpatient Pediatrics
