**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hrs/week
**Experience:** Must have a clean background; experienced with EPIC
**License:** Active WA license required; will not consider non-licensed candidates
**Certifications:** To be discussed during credentialing; Provider responsible for obtaining any necessary certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
**Must-Have:**
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility
- Active WA DEA required
- COVID and flu vaccinations
**Job Description:**
- Work in an outpatient ambulatory setting at a Community Health Center.
- Serve a diverse patient population including newborns to geriatrics.
- Experience or interest in working with vulnerable populations such as migrants and refugees is essential.
- Providers will have access to interpretative services, though bilingual skills are considered an asset.
- Must be ready to start patient care by day 3 after a week of on-site orientation.
- Expected to manage a fast-paced environment and see up to 21 patients per day.
- Work alongside a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician, and healthcare administrator.
- Provider must be comfortable with a strict patient quota rule.
- Specific travel client will cover costs for flights, rental cars or mileage, and lodging.
- Credentialing timeframe: 2-3 weeks.
