• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS and DOT certification required and prefer someone who can work solo
• 30 - 40 patients per day, must see all ages
• Suture and splint strongly preferred but not required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
