• Must have active state license
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• Ideally looking for someone with at least 3 yrs of urology experience
• 30 patients per day, mix of geriatric (50%) and adult (50%)
• Board certification preferred or be at least board eligible
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
