Job Details:
• Pay: $105 Hr.
• Coverage dates: ASAP- 3 Months with high likelihood of extension
• Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30a-5:00p - with alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Will have days off during week while working weekend shift.
• No Call
• Type of Patients/Cases: Outpatient Internal Medicine; includes cold/flu, diabetes management, chronic conditions; familiarity with Kaiser’s practices preferred
• Patients per shift: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits;
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Dedicated LVN’s and MA’s
• Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 Days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
