- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days
- ACLS and BLS required and provider must have 2 - 3 yrs of experience
- 21 - 25 patients per day
- Laceration repair, splinting, I&D, pap smear, eye injury w/ proficiency in EPIC required
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
