Minimum Requirements:

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS and BLS required
• Need minimum of 2 weeks per month
• GS, neuro, GI/ENT, thoracic, vascular, healthy peds
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
