• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• ACLS needed and candidate must have a minimum of 5 yrs of experience in OR
• 50 - 60 hearts per year
• CVT PA first assist w/ vein harvesting, chest tubes, Swan-Ganz catheter, pacemaker wires etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
