We are hiring a logistics specialist to support the Reverse Logistics functions and aid the Logistics Outbound team in day-to-day tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process inbound returns to our 3PL warehouses from returned orders and RMAs.
• Process replacement orders for lost and damaged shipments.
• File claims for lost and damaged shipments with the carrier and/or warehouse. Thoroughly track/update each case.
• Schedule freight pickups/create return labels for customers to return products.
• Correspond with 3PL representatives to ensure orders and inventory are correctly processed.
• Create RMA tickets with our Service Centers to receive damaged and defective products.
• Respond to inquiries from different departments regarding shipments and order statuses.
• Troubleshoot order and shipment issues to find the solution.
• Assist Logistics Outbound with staging orders in the Oracle system and routing with selected carriers.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Reverse Logistics experience
• Outbound Logistics experience
• Claims processing knowledge
• Warehouse operations knowledge
• Inventory Control experience a plus
• Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
• Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
• Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems
• Flexibility and Adaptability
• Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle)
• Skilled in cross-referencing across multiple databases to find information

Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, logistics, business or related field

Compensation:

Non-exempt/Hourly + Bonus: Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
