About the Job
The Logistics Account Manager is responsible to lead, manage and develop a team of Logistics Coordinators and Specialists with a focus on customer service and profitable growth of new and existing customers. The Logistics Account Manager must be customer and operations focused and will leverage people, process and technology to enhance customer service, strengthen profitability, increase efficiencies and build new capabilities.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite)

- Develop and implement key performance goals and measurements

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation industry required
- Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures in the fresh produce industry is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
- Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
- Proficient interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Adequate computer skills including knowledge and understanding of specialized systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other customer data systems is preferred
- Proven analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Experience and knowledge of process improvement techniques is preferred
