Logistics Administrative Specialist - Actalent

(Description) Reputable manufacturing company in Everett, WA is currently hiring for a highly skilled Logistics Administrative Technician for the Industrial Imaging team with a strong technical experience to join the team. The Logistics Administrative Technician will be responsible for managing incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions and ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a logistics and administrative role and will be comfortable working with complex technical data and software systems. Pay: $23/hr. - $24/hr. Location: Everett, WA (100% onsite) Shift: 7:00 AM PST - 4:30 PM PST (Monday - Friday; slight flexibility for earlier or later start times if needed) 12 Month Contract to Guaranteed Hire (Key responsibilities) - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process. - Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, and ensure stock is available as required. - Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management. - Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment. - Follow all company policies and procedures. (Job Requirements) ***Must reside in WA as this role is Onsite in Everett, WA*** + Strong administrative and organizational skills. + Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock, or distribution center highly preferred. + Experience with Oracle ERP or any similar ERP highly considered. + Prior inventory and/or logistics management experience. + Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Must be comfortable submitting to drug test upon hire. ***Exceptional opportunity to join one of the reputable manufacturing company with great work culture and retention rate*** Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington.
