Responsibilities:
- Develop intermediate reports for root cause analysis of transportation issues.
- Prepare and interpret data to aid leadership decision-making.
- Implement process changes for continuous improvement.
- Develop supply chain metrics and goals.
- Provide support and analysis for transportation management systems.
- Report project statuses to leadership teams.
- Lead small cross-functional processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business, supply chain, computer science or related field.
- Two years of experience in an analytical role at a logistics/transportation company.
- Experience with data mining.
- Able to create solutions-based reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work onsite at a customer location.
- Schneider is not sponsoring employment authorization for this position.
