About the Job
Our client is seeking a Logistics Analyst I to support provisioning efforts for assigned programs
This role involves research, development, preparation, and maintenance of provisioning parts data and documentation, ensuring accurate delivery to internal and external customers
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in military standards, provisioning techniques, and logistics support analysis records (LSAR).
Must have prior working experience with a DoD contracting company to qualify.
Execute provisioning efforts for assigned programs, including researching, developing, and maintaining provisioning parts data.
Prepare and deliver provisioning documentation using advanced provisioning and sparing techniques.
Develop various Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR) and Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) in accordance with military standards.
Create and update spare parts lists, Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB), Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
Analyze spare and repair part requirements and provide project estimates.
Participate in customer meetings, validations/verifications, log demos, and reviews.
Skills Required:
Detailed knowledge of Military Standards used for Logistics Management Information (LMI) data.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting technical documents.
Ability to forecast and define support requirements.
Experience with logistics design influence and LMI-related activities.
Skilled in computer software tools related to LSAR development, testing, and deployment.
Experience Preferred:
Experience with relevant LMI applications in a defense environment.
Basic understanding or awareness of the ten Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.
Education Required:
Relevant Associate degree + 6 years of experience, or relevant Bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience.
Military experience may substitute formal education.
