The Role
Location: Herndon, VA
Minimum Clearance: A current and active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.
The Logistics Asset Manager III will work in a challenging, hands-on environment as part of the Lumen PMO in support of the HAT Contract. Applies advanced engineering and network principles, theories, concepts and technologies to solve unusually complex problems and issues. Leads the development, evaluation and implementation of new and innovative principles, processes and applications.
The Main Responsibilities
Oversee the transportation of classified and unclassified intelligence IT equipment throughout the world
Work customs issues for worldwide transportation
Work with customers and funding personnel to ensure appropriate funding is available to meet logistics requirements
Support also includes, but is not limited to assistance in acquisition, logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, SCRM compliance and managing an operational spares program
Ability to understand basic concepts (to include basic grammar concepts), responsible for writing technical copies of various documents types. Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals and technical publications. Gather technical information, prepare written text. Maintain a current internal documentation library. Use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional 4 years of may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
Minimum Clearance: A current and Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$93210 - $124280 in these states: VA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
