POSTION SUMMARY
- The Logistics Associate – Delivery Driver is responsible for making deliveries of cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of our driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.
JOB STATUS
- Safely transport cannabis to dispensaries by delivery vehicle.
- Follow all rules of the road.
- Ensure compliance and adherence with State and CCC regulations.
- Maintain daily vehicle inspection logs and delivery time logs.
- Prepare the transfer manifest and maintain driver logs.
- Communicate with home base location and other parties involved regarding departure and arrival times.
- Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the dispensary and Logistics Manager.
- Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues.
- Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet).
- Communicate with packaging and retail department to resolve product issues.
- Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained.
- In the event where no transfer is scheduled, or transfer duties are completed before 8-hour shift, the employee is expected to complete their shift with various Production teams.

SALARY RANGE
- Starting pay $20/hr

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years Professional Commercial Driving Experience (preferred)
- Ability to Navigate Maps and/or GPS
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Prior Cannabis Industry Experience (preferred)
- Ability to Lift 50 Pounds Unassisted
- Active and Valid Government Issued Photo Identification
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire) in accordance with State law.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work involves physical exertion such as bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), kneeling, squatting, pivoting, and carrying items/ product on a regular basis. Employees will be required to stand for extended periods and may need to climb ladders or operate equipment. The warehouse/ facility environment may be subject to hot and cold temperatures, and ventilation may not be available in all areas. The warehouse/ facility environment may be subject to elevated noise volumes due to equipment, machinery, and the movement of goods. The warehouse/ facility may be subject to dirt, dust, cleaning solutions, chemicals, and debris from the handling of goods. The warehouse/ facility may have safety hazards such as slippery floors, moving equipment, and the presence of hazardous materials. You will need to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment.
