Vanguard Renewables is the leading anaerobic digester developer/operator in the U.S., converting organic waste and cow manure into renewable energy. With over 40 projects across 16 states, we are aggressively expanding into new markets.
We are seeking a Logistics Associate National Accounts to support our National Sales Team. As a key member of the central dispatch team, you will manage all organic sales logistics across North America, working within our internally developed Materials Management System (MMS) to track inbound and outbound loads related to our Digesters, ORFs, and Strategic Partners. In this role, you will troubleshoot logistics solutions and streamline operations to build a central dispatch system and team. You must possess strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners, haulers, equipment companies, and end-site providers.

We are seeking a Logistics Associate National Accounts to support our National Sales Team. You must possess strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners, haulers, equipment companies, and end-site providers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and manage multiple hauling, logistics, and disposal companies.
- Develop routes, schedules, and timelines for operational partners.
- Coordinate logistics services with stakeholders in the field.
- Handle inbound calls to assist current and prospective customers.
- Source reliable carriers and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Provide accurate quotes to the Sales Team.
- Maintain paperwork and MMS system updates.
- Support Market Managers with business service strategies and pricing.
- Develop and implement service strategies for National customers.
- Negotiate and improve existing logistics processes.
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of trucking and logistics sourcing and load management experience (preferably in the waste/recycling industry).
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sustainability, recycling, or organics/food-based industries.
- Proven ability to solve complex hauling and logistics challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and bring them to full implementation.
- Experience mentoring and developing staff, creating cohesive, results-driven teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
