Job Description**Join our dynamic Logistics Material Flow (LOM) team at our state-of-the-art Charleston, SC production facility and make a real-world impact. **
As a Logistics Engineering Co-op, you'll gain invaluable experience in optimizing logistics processes for high-speed manufacturing, working directly with experienced engineers on impactful projects.
Hands-on experience awaits you in:
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Dive deep into the Bosch Production System, applying lean principles to optimize material flow and drive operational excellence.
- Value Stream Mapping & Improvement: Collaborate on projects to analyze and enhance internal and external value streams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency-boosting solutions.
- Cutting-Edge Technology Integration: Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives by supporting the implementation of RFID technology, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and other automation solutions.
- Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Management: Develop, maintain, and leverage PFEP documentation to ensure seamless material flow and precise inventory management.
- Standardized Work Development: Create and implement clear, efficient work procedures, including optimized milk run delivery processes.
- Real-World Problem Solving: Assist in analyzing and improving receiving and shipping operations, contributing to smoother and more efficient logistics processes.

What you'll bring to the table:
